Expect obesity also to cause cardiovascular diseases such as heart attacks and strokes.

Exercises are physical activities such as jogging, spinning, and lifting weights. We can get every form of exercises at places such as gymnasiums. It is expected of individuals to register for the various activities at the gym to cure their condition. The work of exercises is to stimulate the structures of the body such as muscles, ligaments, tendons, and joints. The stimulation burns the excess fat in the calorie thus reducing the weight of the body. The body is also made flexible and strong by exercises. Exercise machines have been produced as a result of technology. Exercising machines have been known to be used at homes, gymnasiums, and therapy sessions. It is possible to reduce the weight of the body by diet management. We should avoid taking foods with excess fat such as meat and eggs.
